You have just answered your own question. The "linux user" (as you say)
doesn't exist.

I assume you are using some form of virtualdomain type system? My script
won't work for you then - it assumes each mailbox has an Unix account
associated with it. Standard Qmail stuff.

Someone will have to come up with a patch to deal with other scenarios 
- I'd be happy to see the contribution.
