Roy and I has been troubleshooting this problem for 2 days but still
dont have clue what cause chkuser process took about 40 seconds delay
after tcpserver process when receiving incoming email from other networks

Just for fun, let's remove the whole DK setup and try sending a message.
Remove it from DNS, and also remove it from your tcp.smtp file. Make sure

The easiest way to only accept inbound SMTP traffic would be to write an
iptables rule.
