Whonix recently came out with a new updated release that requires some manual steps so its not you. Its happened to all of us. I followed these instructions on one machine. https://www.whonix.org/wiki/Upgrading_Whonix_12_to_Whonix_13 But on on another machine it was so borked i coudln't even
