[R] Problems with Installing R ('failure to expand shell folder constant userdocs)

  Hello,   I’m trying to install R 3.02 for windows on a Windows 7 machine (we were just upgraded from Windows XP). It’s a networked machine in a work environment.  I have administrator rights. Program files go on C; data is stored on D (it's a partitioned drive).   I get the message
