dput and dget work well (even if the internal data
writing is not as directly readable as with write.table())
(When I'll be grown-up with R, I'll write a write.3dtable()
function.)

Apologies if the question is too simple
but I didn't find the answer by myself.
I'm able to create a 3-dimensionnal array A
and to write it with write.table()
... but, after that, I don't find how to read it
with read.table() getting the right 3 dimensions.
I tried to use as.array(), to
check ?dput and ?dget
