[racket-users] Managing packages, raco and DrRacket

I am mostly a newbie, and I am using Racket 6.9 on Linux. I have set up the environment variable $PLTUSERHOME to point to a directory in which I do all my work. This works well if I'm using Racket from the command line. However, DrRacket doesn't seem to know about this, in consequence of which
