With the SKS fenders:
1) Don't cut down the fender stays after installation.

My non-canti Romulus and Quickbeam both have the safety tabs on the fork
tips. I don't mind the extra time it takes to remove a wheel, but I really

So, it's a Top Rack mounted on the front instead of the rear. This would be
useful for someone who wants a front rack, but doesn't have mid-fork bosses
and doesn't want to use P-clamps.
