Well, what you need to end up with is indeed two 7XX fields for most such headings. (I'm going to set aside the matter of bilingual series such as … $t Works. $l English Latin.) One of the difficulties one faces involves the two languages named in the $l: is one of them the original?

The series dilemma for parallel titles has turned into a PCC policy discussion. As it stands and as you are instructed in the series bridge training, you have to create TWO series records. One for each language expression. Even though neither SAR completely describes the work if you do that.

Joan is correct that Performed music would be the term added for an expression of a score but this is not how the access point for the music from the film would be constructed. It would be the name of the composer followed by the name of the musical work. The music is a separate work from the

Each of these types of authority records for expressions with multiple languages needs to result in two or more new authority records, with the original record cancelled (it could be put in 040 $z of the new RDA records, but Coop Team personnel would have to do that, since we can't add 040 $z

Hello All, In July of 2012 PSD issued guidelines described the changes made in Phase 1 and provided guidance for NACO handling of NARs that had the 667 added to it. This document is at: http://www.loc.gov/aba/rda/pdf/lcnaf_rdaphase.pdf See page 4, number 3 that states: AACR2 authority record

Anne, NLM has created a number of streaming video records using RDA. We are not finding that they are any more difficult in RDA than they were in AACR2. For some samples you can search these NLMID numbers in either OCLC or NLM's
