metadata records from a variety of sources into his OPAC:

Bingo!!
Allen's "interoperability" was all without benefit of RDA. Perhaps he
should let JSC know.
Yes, crosswalks and ILS development are the answers, with no rejigging
bibliopgrahic records required.
