I think FRAD _is_ FRBR itself. No? If we're talking about models, FRAD is just adding another important part to the model begun in the FRBR report. It even changes some things in the FRBR Model as expressed in the FRBR Report, I believe. (Haven't had time to delve into it yet, hope to soon).

I would tend to agree. FRAD fills in a lot of the blanks that were deemed outside the scope of the FRBR document itself. A good example are access points, which depend on authority data, but are part of a bibliographic record, and are only mentioned in the Background section of the FRBR
