ALA Publishing have confirmed that there are no blocks on the
rdaonline.org site. They are investigating the problem experienced by
people at the University of Southern California.

I found that IE worked much better than Mozilla when downloading the chapters,
espcially if I had no other memory-hogging programs running on my computer.
