After the first release of 2017 I tried to rebuild the Fedora pakcages
but tests have some issues on everything except x86_64.

If you looks at logs you will notice the issues are not always the
same; in particular some just fails test3D (this is probably a math
precision issue), while others could be related to big endian (ppc64).

The really weird failures are the the i686 ones, where all the tests
passed with python2, while a large number of them segfaulted on
python3.

Now, while I could disable tests on the RPM builds, that practice is
discouraged so I hope someone will be able to make some sense out of
these info so I will be able to push the updated package to repos.
