Hi Christos, Thanks for your help. I tried what you said but I got an error with boost. I think the problem came from here... I use Canopy environment, it is like Anaconda which include Numpy and it is detected when I did ./bootstrap.sh [root@eric-pc boost_1_55_0]# ./bootstrap.sh
