It has been a long time since I used Optics and not sure if this will
work but here goes. A few years back Schneider came up
with a way to hard wire a tablet for a graphic shot of the system that
the user does not have to do anything. It is on 24/7.

It is my understanding that the “charged parms met” comes from the FNDC since
that is the component measuring the current and going by those guidelines in
the “Battery Setup” menu assigned to the FNDC port. This would seem like a
reasonable test and could be done remotely
2 things. Maybe you can sell them a service contract and clear/check the events 1x week via optics. I don’t know if there is a way to prioritize events. To me Ive always had good success with the fndc in regards to be pretty accurate for reading %. Getting rid of it seems the wrong way to go. And
