Check to be sure you are running the 2.5.6 Core (or SDK or Command built on
2.5.6).
There was a memory bug in the exit code that once caused this to happen
from time to
time. (The return point in the launch code got garbage collected.)
We run a lot of REBOL cron jobs here... and it
RT does have control over the list, and we could ban him. However, we do not do so
lightly. (In fact, we've never kicked someone off the list or banned them in the
history of this list.)
It is quite possible that he simply made a mistake with his email client (or a REBOL
script) that caused
/projects/view1.3/index.html
See the Plan Goal messages as the starting point.
Everyone with fixes or small enhancements to REBOL/View is invited to participate.
But, if you just want to monitor the project, you can do so via the URL above.

I just found a problem with the program that transfers new submissions
posted to the REBOL cookbook!
For more than a month the program has been telling me that there
were no new submissions for the cookbook. I was very disappointed
about that. However, today I manually checked the cookbook
One of our Internet service providers somehow removed the rebol.net domain from their
master DNS server (without telling us) and brought REBOL developer services to a halt.
The problem has been fixed. Sorry about the that.

Well, not a problem... the REBOL source is 1 GB. :)
However, I think you've set a new record for the amount of
memory being handled by REBOL's memory management routines
and garbage collector. Glad to know it deals well with that
much memory.

Here's a new REBOL/View that's based on Core 2.5.2 and includes the current Link 1.0
graphics changes. For testing only. No significant changes to View desktop interface.

I know of no such buffer limit. Generally speaking, REBOL
uses expandable series for just about everything. If there
is a buffer limit, then it's quite by accident somewhere,
and we should track it down.
Also, have you tried using read/custom with POST data
as described in the manual? It
I use the editor a lot, and have not seen this problem
happen. What else can you tell us about your machine?
There are a few bugs in the editor related to differences
between the scroll bar and cursor keys, but that would
not cause the problems that you are seeing.

To update an element of a layout, you can use SHOW. In order to
refer to it, you will need either 1) a variable to refer to it, or
2) to know it's position in the layout. The first is most common.

Happened to notice your question
Not sure why you would see such a problem just on IIS.
So you are basically merging the contents of a set
of files, then sorting them in reverse order?
What do the input data files look like? Make sure that
it's all the same datatype.
Put a probe in
Launch has a rule: you can only launch from the main REBOL process.
This prevents launch loops.
The desktop will help with this. 1.1 coming soon.
