Pierogie Broccoli and Ham Bake
SERVES 6 (change servings and units)
1 1-lb. box frozen pierogi, partially thaw, mini ones work best but regular OK
1 cup cooked diced ham
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
Chicken Pierogi Casserole
SERVES 4 (change servings and units)
1 dozen frozen potato cheese pierogi, thawed
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Butter a 2 qt
Pierogi and Kielbasa Skillet Casserole
SERVES 6 (change servings and units)
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 lb lite kielbasa
33 ounces mrs. ts potato cheese pierogies
1 dash pepper
Chop onions and saute in butter in pan or electric fry pan. Add
Sausage Chowder
1/2 lb. bulk sausage
1-1/2 c. cooked kidney beans
1-1/2 c. canned tomatoes
2 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c. diced potatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Cook sausage in skillet until brown;
Simple Seasoned Pasta
2 cans seasoned broth
3 c. uncooked corkscrew pasta
Bring broth to a boil in saucepan. Stir in uncooked pasta. Simmer
gently 10 minutes.
Serves six.
Variation: Add leftover meats and/or vegetables.

3 lb. potatoes peeled and cubed
1 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed
2 whole bay leaves
1 tsp all spice
1 pint half half
3 tbsp flour
Salt/pepper to taste

Place potatoes in water and cover to 3/4 inch over potatoes.
Add onion, garlic, bay

1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 14-1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey,cut into chunks
1 medium green pepper, cut into chunks

1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
In large skillet

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
3 green peppers
1 onion
1-1/2 c. uncooked rice
3 cans beef broth
2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
1 28-oz. can crushed tomatoes
In large pot brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion, seasoning as
desired. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until

6 c. water
1 c. brown lentils
1 c. celery, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 carrot, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 tbsp canola oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
4 c. wide noodles
Rinse lentils
Taco Soup
1 to 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 29-oz. can stewed tomatoes or diced tomatoes
2 16-oz. cans kidney beans, drained
1 16-oz. can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Corn chips
Cook ground beef and onion until brown. Drain fat. Add
