Chili Con Queso Dip
This chili con queso dip is a delicious snack, appetizer, or party hors
d'oeuvre. And this chili con queso recipe is simple enough for kids to make
all by themselves. They don't even need to use the stove. It's all done in
the Crock pot!

This pizza dip recipe is a wonderful way to expand a picky eater's palate.
It has enough of the foods that are familiar to most kids -- cheese and
salsa -- to make them willing to try it.
I don't recommend lying or trying to hide the beans or black olives (or
CROCK-POT BLACK BEAN SOUP
1/4 pounds chorizo
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 bay leaf
15 ounces can black beans, undrained
15 ounces can fat free
RENTER'S CREAMY CAULIFLOWER SOUP
1 medium head cauliflower, cut in bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups half and half
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1 cup grated cheddar
BEAN SPICE CAKE
2 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup soft shortening
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups rosarita refried beans
1/2 cups nuts, chopped fine
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Combine
biscuit mix, sugar and cinnamon.
Cheese Bread
2 cups self raising flour
1 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/4 grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs -lightly beaten
2 oz butter - melted
1 cup milk
Extra 2 tabsps grated parmesan cheese
Place flour and cheeses in a large bowl and stir to combine. Add eggs,
butter and milk. Mix
Homemade Chicken Bouillon Cubes
4 lbs chicken wings and backs
4 quarts water
2 carrots, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
2 ribs celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 leek (white part and 1/3-inch green), well rinsed, cut into 1-inch
pieces
1 onion, halved
2 large sprigs parsley
2 large sprigs dill
2 bay
Pineapple Surprise Crunch
1 box yellow cake mix (2-layer size) (Pillsbury 2 layer size)
1 20-oz size can crushed pineapple, juice and all (Dole 20 oz size, in
juice)
1 stick butter, melted (real butter)
1 cup chopped pecans
Pour pineapple into a well greased 13x9x2-inch pan. (I did this)
Mix
Amish Poor Man*s Steak
1 lb ground beef
1 cup milk
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup water or milk
Mix all together, except soup and water/milk and shape into a narrow
loaf
Let sit in refrigerator for at least 8 hours or

1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving) box vanilla instant pudding mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Beat yellow cake mix, instant vanilla
Homemade Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pepper
