Jamaican Black Cake Recipe
Another great tasting Jamaican recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp fat
2 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup sugar; granulated
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup flour
1 ea egg whisked
1 cup milk sour
1 cup flour sifted
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ cup fruits
1 cup bread
Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole
1 bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower mix
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
3/4 cup minute rice
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine broccoli/ cauliflower mix with 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup,
1/2 cup milk and 1 can of mushrooms
Crescent Roll Cheesecakes
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk (save white)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll 1 package crescent rolls on bottom of
dish. Pinch together and spread to cover the bottom of dish.

1 pkg. Crescent rolls
Brown hamb with taco seasoning. Simmer 15 min with water.
OLD FASHIONED MOLASSES CANDY
2c. molasses
1T. vinegar, 1T butter
1.2 level t. baking powder,
1t. vanilla or giner extract
Put molasses, vinegar and butter into a saucepan. Bring to a boiling
point and boil,stirring all the time until the mixture is brittle when
dropped into cold water. Remove
