Easy Crescent Barbecue Bake 1 lb ground beef 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/2 to 1 cup barbecue sauce 8 oz Pillsbury refrigerated crescents 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce; simmer while preparing crust. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased 9"x13" pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up the sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Spread hot meat mixture over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Refrigerate any leftovers.
