Quick Fruitcake
1 15.6-oz. pkg. cranberry or blueberry quick bread mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins or dates, chopped
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Prepare bread mix according to package directions. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Pour into a 9- by 5-inch

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg instant coconut pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
Topping:
1/4 c. nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Mix topping first, then mix cake.

1 pt. blueberries; fresh or frozen, or a 16-oz. can, drained
1 18.25-oz. pkg. yellow cake mix (pudding in mix)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Mix all ingredients except berries.
Fold in berries, pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at dg325 for 1 hour.
Apple Cinnamon Cake
1 18.25-oz. pkg. spice cake mix
1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
3 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Whipped topping
Heat oven to dg350. Grease bottom only of a 13- by 9-inch pan.
In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cake mix, eggs and pie
filling for 2 minutes.
Applesauce Cake
1-1/2 c. applesauce
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2-1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
1 6-oz. Graham Cracker pie crust
1 14-oz. can chocolate sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
