Golden Sweet Cornbread
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray or lightly grease a
9 inch round cake pan.
2. In a large bowl,

Tuna Casserole
1/2 a bag of cooked egg noodles
1 can drained tuna in water OR
1-2 cooked, diced chicken breast
1/2 a small can of drained sweet peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 - 1 can milk
1 cup crushed crackers or potato chips
