Mix meat and soup in a 2 quart baking dish. Bake covered on 300 for 3 hours.
May add peeled and sliced potatoes and carrots 1 hour before end of cooking

1 lb. uncooked sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
4 small red potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch wedges
