Bisquick Impossible Pumpkin Pie 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick (baking mix) 2 tbsp. butter 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk 2 eggs 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie...spice... 2 tsp. vanilla
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 or 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Beat all ingredients until smooth one minutes in blender on high or two minutes with hand beater. Pour into plate.
