Cheesy Spinach
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups cubed process American cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter or margarine, cubed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine all

1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 T. flour
Prick bottom and side of pie shell with fork. Bake at 425
