Chinese Hamburger Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cups diced celery
1 cup uncooked rice
10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 cups water
4 T. soy sauce
15 oz. can bean sprouts, undrained
Salt and pepper to taste
10 oz. can chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef & drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles & blend well.
Spoon into large casserole dish & sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
Bake at 350 for 1 & 1/2 hours.
Note: For a family gathering, put into crockpot
on low & let simmer for 8 to 12 hours. Immediately before
serving, add chow mein noodles.
Serves 8 to 10
