Italian Oyster Crackers (Sharon Frye) 8 cups oyster crackers 1 (0.7 oz) package Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix 1/2 teaspoon Penzy's Pasta Sprinkle OR Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan 1 cup canola oil
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Pour crackers into a large bowl. Set aside. 2. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined. Pour over crackers and stir until all the crackers are coated with the oil/spice mixture. 3. Pour onto a large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring often. 4.
