35 Vanilla Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/3 cups) 1 cup sugar,
divided
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup Coconut
