POPCORN FUDGE   

      1 c. white sugar
      1 c. brown sugar
      1 c. cream
      1 tsp. butter
      1 tsp. vanilla
      2 qt. popcorn

      Stir white and brown sugar with cream and butter over slow flame until it 
reaches boiling point; then let boil gently until it reaches 242 degrees or to 
a soft ball when tested in cold water. Remove from heat; add vanilla and beat 
until it begins to thicken. Pour over freshly popped corn and stir until each 
kernel is coated, then mold.
