Ravioli Soup 
4 servings 
3/4 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage 
14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
14 1/2 oz. can beef broth 
1 3/4 c. water 
9 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen cheese ravioli or tortellini 14 1/2 oz. can
cut green beans, drained 
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional) 
In a 5-quart pot or Dutch oven, cook meat until no longer pink; drain.
Add tomatoes, broth and water; bring to a boil. 
Reduce heat; stir in ravioli and cook according to package directions. 
Add beans and green onions; heat through. Season with salt and pepper
and sprinkle with Parmesan.
