Chex Muddy Buddies
9 c. corn, wheat, rice or chocolate Chex cereal
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
In large bowl measure cereal and set aside. In a 1-quart microwaveable
bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut
Marshmallow Pumpkin Dip
1/2 c. canned pure pumpkin
1/2 c. marshmallow creme
4-oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Cover and store in
refrigerator. Bring to room temperature to serve.
Italian Sausage and Rice Stuffed Peppers
2 red or green bell peppers, halved lengthwise, seeded and devained
1 link fully cooked spicy Italian chicken sausage, halved, thinly
sliced
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 c. cooked brown rice
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1/2 c. marinara or pizza sauce
