The Salad:
1 pound small pasta shells
2 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup finely diced green pepper
The Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Creole mustard, preferably Zatarain's or spicy brown mustard 4
cloves garlic, minced
1 t. brown
Marinated Mushrooms
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or quartered 2 T. soy sauce
1 t. pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed, or 1/4 t. garlic powder 2 T. lemon juice
