Funnel Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbls baking powder
frying oil
Mix all ingredients well. Pour through a funnel into hot oil in a
skillet.
Turn once. Remove from oil onto a plate with a paper towel.
Place on serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar before eating.
Makes quite a bit.
