FINE OYSTER AND ARTICHOKE SOUP
4 large artichokes
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
2/3 cup chopped shallot, leek (including pale green portion) or yellow onion
1 cup sliced celery
4 cups fish stock, poultry stock, or 2 cups canned chicken broth, preferably
low-salt

1 pkg. dry cake mix, yellow or white
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 eggs
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
Mix dry cake mix, margarine and eggs together and put in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 10-12 minutes. When done

2 cups diced cooked ham
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
8 large eggs (or egg substitute)
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

8 slices white bread, cubed and without the crust
