Hi all - I'm looking for specs and tuning information on a Wacom WP-698 duplexer. It's a 4 can unit, 2 for Tx, 2 for Rx. Single screw for tuning. What sets the spacing for Pass Reject. 20 or 12 MHz spacing? Tried the usual searches but don't find any specifics for this model. Anyone out

The issue I have with Echostation is getting it to generate stable tones. Courtesy tones, CWID, etc are VERY jerky, CW is totally unusable, on any computer I've tried it on, from a P200 to an Athlon XP1700...there's something very seriously wrong with the coding in that program. -- Jim

Howdy all I finally have gotten around to setting up my TKR-850 UHF repeater. A few questions. I know that power is set up in software, however, I can't get but about 27 watts max out with the software set at max even on the test channels using LDF1 hardline, bird meter, and dummy load.

Have you gone thru the softpot tuning in the software under the tabs programming and then test mode. These are normaly 3 point adjustments so you will have low med and hi freq adjustment plus a test tab. I would not turn the repeater down to 5 watts there were problems with the x50 repeaters with

George, My WACOM catalog lists the WP-698 as a BpBr duplexer for the 1.270-1.295 GHz band., with a 12 MHz minimum spacing. There is no further info. Since it is a BpBr device, I should think that the main tuning rod sets the pass, while the trimmer sets the notch. 73, Eric Lemmon WB6FLY
