I soldered the f and D bead and sill wont work... I assume you meant you
tried soldering D and F, but not both at the same time. Both at once is
invalid, and maybe could cause the no tx audio.
Maybe there is mic bias voltage on pin 4, and you are loading it down,
causing the loss of tx
The solder jumpers D Data and F Flat only affect the freq response of
the transmitted audio. A wrong setting wouldn't interfere with PTT. I
think there was a drawing in the manual linked below, illustrating the
locations.
Are you grounding the PTT line and have reprogrammed the radio to

You would want Rx audio from 2 and 7, Tx audio in on 4 and 8, solder
bead D in the radio.
I dont recall if there is a VOX option in the radio. If the intercom is
full duplex, how will you key up the radio (PTT)?

If its red, the channel is probably disabled. Are the switches in the

The audio level adjustment trimpots are 20 turn. Maybe you need to crank

a parameter in the radio programming that I'm missing? I messed with

A Cisco router will do everything you need, and the price isnt as bad as you
might expect. The MC3810 with an EM module can be purchased pretty cheap.
Easily under $400 on eBay. You will of course need one for each end. The
