http://wireless.fcc.gov/uls/index.htm?job=home I used it a couple of years ago to renew my son's license who lives in Florida and I live in North Georgia. Its not that complicated. If you have problems ARRL and W5YI both provide the service too, but you should find all the help you need at this website. Tom KI4IG
