[Repeater-Builder] Moto GR-1225

Hello all. I have a GR1225 that seems to work just fine except for one lil problem.. It will quite often stay keyed up after the signal or local mic is released. The only way to clear it is to shut it down and turn it back on.. Then it's good for like 10 sec's and does it again. It won't do it
