Make sure the controller is set for the radios to be duplex. This is
the duplex select: group 4 switch 5 and group 5 switch 5. The
defaults are half-duplex on each port. Be sure to save this as your

Norm, I wrote a little prg./ utility to change the freq. data
in the KPG59D programming software.. How it works is, you program
a freq. in the 40.xxx-43.yyy mhz range.. Save the file, exit
KPG59D and then run that file through my program KWLB2HAM prg.

I need at least two KLN6209A Vibrasponder reeds for 141.3 Hz, and at least
two KLN6210A Vibrasender reeds for 82.5 Hz. I have other frequencies to
trade, one for one. These reeds are needed for a critical link radio
system, and part number substitutions are not acceptable. Please respond

Chris - you are not a licensed amateur radio operator.
You got your GMRS system less than a year ago.
You live in Newport County, where records show a significant amount of
information.

who put ths info on here as a favour to Mike, WA6ILQ,

In hindsight, it probably should have been a private E mail to Mike...

We need a good transmitter for our WB4YRJ club repeater. What is a
good radio for a 100 watt transmitter for the lower half of the 2
meter amateur band? We just got coordinated for 145.15.
Thanks, Mick, KB4UPI
Eric,
If you don't get any replies on the 6209's for 141.3, is there anyway
that you could use TLN8381A's? I ask because I have three of them that
I could send you for a total cost of nothing!

Adam,
I appreciate your offer, but the TLN8381A is packaged in a larger case than
the KLN6209A, and will not fit the holder. Thanks anyway.

The Link radio recieves fine and keys the repeater and passes audio
