I have a similar DB six element folded dipole antenna that I trying to resurrect. This antenna has been lying outside next to the garage for who knows how long.
I do know it is in the 440-465 range, the elements were relocated around the mast from the original long before I got it. I put the elements back in line as best as I could using what look like the original locations on the mast. I does not test very well.
