SecureXmlRpc execute method takes 90% CPU running in Tomcat

I am using SecureXmlRpc from Tomcat. It takes like 90% CPU while it uses the ExecuteMethod. Can anyone help me with tuning this? Thanks, Venkk.

Integrating to Tomcat?

I am presently using the xml-rpc WebServer to register handler. I would like to integrate the handlers into Tomcat since I find WebServer highly unreliable for production. Thanks, Venkk.
