Neon upstream, the same version that rpm use in cvs, have a Makefile.in in test and no Makefile.am. And i have problem in ubuntu 12.04 to do devtool ubuntu or devtool static. Ok, ok, i will fill a Bug on lauchpad. Aside i can check better, but rpm cvs neon have a Makefile.am that doesn't
