this is not functionality that we want to see or maintain in rpm. Period.
Copy-on-write is an interesting technology in itself and we'll be exploring
that in the future,

### rpm2extents
Modeled as a stream processor. It reads a regular .rpm file on stdin,
and produces a modified .rpm file on stdout. The lead, signature and headers
are preserved 1:1
