Yes, of course. It should be very easy.
Except, the only funny thing is I actually couldn't find security tab in the
file properties.
However, after searching in google, here's what I got.
The security is by default turn off in WinXP. In order to turn it back on in
XP, just go to Window

Do you see any reason to keep FIXED_CHECKSUM_SEED around? It doesn't
hurt anthing, but I don't see a use for it.

So long as the --checksum-seed=N option remains, I'm ok getting
rid of FIXED_CHECKSUM_SEED.
