Hi, We have RT 3.6.6 running which for some unknown reason has stopped sending replies via email. Auto responders are working but replies are added (and can be viewed via RT) but not emailed out. We're not aware of any configuration change that may have caused this.
Does anyone have any idea on where to start to debug this issue? any help much appreciated.
