I've had 2 HO Southern decal sets on order .. and paid in full .. to Gerry
Glow since last August. He won't reply to my emails and I still don't have
decals. I've read that some buyers get great service while others, like me,
are left flapping in the wind. I, too, will never order from him
I'll second Bill's complimentary statements about Jerry Glow. I have no
problems with him; his products are high quality and he has been most
responsive to new needs and ideas.
He did have some very serious family issues during the past couple
years, which must be taken into account.

What I did with my SHS SW-9 was brush some thinned black acrylic craft paint
from the dollar store onto the grills. I then cut a short piece of square strip
wood to a 45 degree chisel point. When the black paint was still soft, but dry
to the touch, I worked the sharp edge of the strip
The missing ladder is in the box. It fell off one day and I never got around to
reattaching it. It wasn't that high on my priority list!
