Last week I finished up a passing siding on the Sn3 that is also used as a
run-around track for the Sn2, so it involved building an Sn3 turnout and two
Sn2/Sn3 pointless gauge separation turnouts. My plan this week was to cut
the gaps and wire it, and also finish up wiring some other track

This week I finished permanently installing the B.T.S. Greeley's Place
kit (a.k.a. Smitty's Rod-n-Reel) on my layout. This involved connecting
the two surface-mount LEDs that are in the structure to the layout's

Well, this week has seen some significant progress on the railroads, both
standard and narrow gauge, though I had little to do with it. Courtesy of
Rusty in San Jose, I now have the last of my narrow gauge brass passenger
cars and snow train painted, and my SD-7 repaired and ready
