got from MicroFasteners are as good as non magnetic. No it's tweezers all the
way.

Use pieces of box packaging tape as sticky strips to pick up the small screws,
nuts, etc. Then you can sit at your work bench and tweeze and wheeze to your
hearts content. The method also works great when an over-ripe hole punch
decides to explode. G
