Over
Pat list,
I have a mostly completed Mini Structures large S turntable that was
my 13th birthday present. I have never installed one, or a roundhouse
for that matter. In order for a roundhouse to have the tracks come
radially straight off the turntable, doeen't the roundhouse have to be
built
. Furthermore the
slippery plastic that the A M handrails are made of is somewhat difficult to
attach to the body. That is not the case with the brass stanchions. Finally,
the wire (I now prefer phosphor bronze) is much crisper then the plastic.

newbie by replacing smoked decoders for little or no cost.

and viscously stomp an HO caboose and swear your allegiance to the only
truly American scale!

Hi Guys,
After a pretty good trip I have just arrived. Somehow everything here is
1 hour from everything else. My plans to get to Dave Held's house did
not quite work out though. More later.. Off to American Models now.
Thank You,
Bill Lane
