Thanks for the quick reply. I read the AskSage posting and suspected that the user abuse might have been the issue. The account was FSUmath, and just had one very basic worksheet. I am a big fan of sagenb, and am at the beginning stages of using it in the classroom. I can always reproduce

Okay, I am glad I asked. It was killing me that I could not figure out what the issue was on my own. So two things are still bothering me: 1) If I want to re-create the account, will I have to do it using an OpenID (I think the answer is yes)? 2) How come I was able to create the account
