every now and then will slow the z80 down.
When pulled down a little too long the ASIC might miss a
refresh cycle causing RAM corruption.

I thought the Coupe's mode 1 was already slowed down
to speccy speeds... is this not the case (never having
been a speccy user I've never bothered trying to find
